When does the rental start and end?
Your rental begins on the day the device is delivered to you and ends on the last day of the rental when you return it to the shipping company. You do not need to ship it before the last day of the rental.
What occurs if something happens to the device?
Don't worry, we do not count simple scratches and color changes as damage. We offer 100% damage assurance for manufacturer defects and technical errors, and up to 80% for user-related damages. The damage insurance we offer does not cover situations such as loss, theft, or failure to return the original device box. We seem to hear him say, "What if it comes to me broken?" 🤓 After you receive the device, we send you an e-mail where you can report any damage you see. 💜
Do I need to keep the original box of the device?
After receiving the device, you must keep the original box and return it to the shipping company in the same box. In order to provide the same experience to all our users, we expect you to deliver the device as we gave it to you, in its original box and with all parts intact. 💜
For what periods can I rent?
An easy question! Rental periods are 1 week, 1 month and 3 months. Just before your rental ends, you can extend your rental or request an offer to purchase the device if you wish. 😉
In which cities do you provide service?
You can rent from all cities in England and Wales 💜
Do you run a soft search credit check?

Yes, there's a soft credit check. The benefit of soft check is soft searches do not affect your credit score and aren’t visible to other companies – so they have no impact on your credit score or any future credit applications you might make.

To keep things secure and smooth, we just want to make sure the person renting our products is a real person. In order to prevent fraud, we'll check that your information is up-to-date and run a quick soft credit search to check your eligibility.

Process typically takes 5-6 seconds. Thanks a bunch for your understanding.

Can I cancel my rental at any time?

Absolutely! Rundle is not a subscription platform, and we won't charge you recurring payments. If you need more time with your rented item, you can always extend your rental for a week, month, or 3 months.

If you don’t like the device, and want to end your rental before it ends, feel free to cancel it anytime – it's easy! Just follow the steps, and we're here to help if you need assistance.

Cancellation eligibility

Before the product is shipped to you: You will receive a refund of the entire rental fee without any deductions

During your rental period: You will receive the remaining part of the rental period, excluding the two-way shipping fee, back after the products reach us and are inspected.

What happens when my rental period ends?
If you have not extended the rental period 1 day before the rental end date or do not want to purchase the device, you must leave it at the cargo branch with the return label on the end day of the rental. Your card information is not recorded and your rental will not be renewed unless you extend your rental period.📦
Can I trust Rundle?
Of course! Although we’re a new startup, we make sure that you’ll have a hassle-free rental experience. We’re rated 4.0 on Trustpilot. Why should I rent an electronic device?
You can rent the devices you want to try to see if you need them, or you can save your budget by renting the devices you need for a short time. 💜 Moreover, renting is a great way to reduce electronic waste and protect the natural resources used in production! 🌱
Can I order without being a member?
You need to be a member in order to do soft check. For this reason, orders cannot be placed without becoming a member. 😔 You can easily become a member of Rundle by clicking the "Sign up" button at the top right of the page and entering your information.
Can I pay with a virtual card?
You can pay with all credit cards, virtual cards and debit cards.
Are there payment options such as cash on delivery or money transfer?
There are no cash on delivery or money transfer options. Your order must be placed online for the delivery process to begin.
Does the Oculus VR Headset come with a game and extension cable?
The device does not include games and an additional extension cable. If you wish, you can rent the additional cable optionally by adding it to your cart. You can think of the device itself as a computer; by logging in with your own Facebook account, you can access platforms such as Youtube VR and buy games from the market. There are some free games in the market, and there are some exercises you can practice on the device, but we have to say that popular games are paid. For data security, we do not offer a joint account; we expect everyone to access the games they want by logging in with their own account.
Do games come with Playstations?
You also need to add the games to your cart. When you add the games to your cart, the games come with the consoles. You can find PS5 or PS4 games by typing PS5 or PS4 in the search bar or from the hobbies & entertainment category. The games are delivered in the same box on the date the consoles arrive. 😊

I forgot my password, how can I log in?
After clicking the "Login" button at the top right of the page, click on "Forgot my password". After entering your membership e-mail address and pressing the "Reset password" button, an e-mail containing instructions for resetting your password will be sent to that e-mail address.
What should I do if I receive a damaged device?
After you receive your device, you receive a damage assurance e-mail, and there is a field in the link in the e-mail where you can write about the damages you see. You need to check the device as soon as possible on the day you receive it, and if you detect any damage, write it in this field. In this step, by clicking the "start my damage insurance" button, you will protect your device with 80% damage insurance during the rental period, excluding any damage you see. If you do not notify us of the damage determination, the responsibility for the damage will be on your side. If you experience any damage, you can also contact us by sending an e-mail to info@userundle.com.
Can I extend the rental period?
You can extend your rental period using the "extend my rental period" button on your orders page until 24 hours before the end of the rental period. Since it becomes very difficult to manage the operation when the order is extended on the return day, the 'extend my rental period' button in the My Orders panel, which is active until the last day of the rental, will be inactive and disappear.

Can I buy the device I use after my rental period ends?
During your rental period, if you wish, you can purchase your device from the "purchase rented item" section under your order on the my orders page. The "purchase rented item" button also appears when your device is delivered and will be removed from your "my orders" page on the last day of the rental.
I am thinking of purchasing after renting, what will be the price?
Our rental users can request an offer to purchase the rented device as a second hand after they receive their devices, but prices vary on a device-by-device basis depending on the usage period of the devices, remaining warranty period etc.. For this reason, unfortunately, we cannot share prices in advance.
Should I delete my data and accounts from the devices I will return?
The Rundle team resets the devices after they return from you and makes them ready for reuse, but you are also expected to protect your own privacy and delete your data and accounts before returning the devices you rented.
In which categories can I rent products?
You can rent your electronic devices from many categories such as speakers, smart watches, smart home, hobbies and entertainment, cameras, phones, toys, baby care, accessories and personal care. You can visit the all products area on the home page to review.
Do you have a mobile application?
Rundle does not have a mobile application. You can use our website to become a member and start renting your electronic devices. 💜
Is a deposit required when renting?
When renting, we only charge the rental fee. We do not charge a deposit or any additional expenses for rentals.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel the device you rented, you can send an e-mail to info@userundle.com with your order number from the e-mail address you ordered from.
Is my card information safe?
At Rundle, we do not see, record or store card information. In other words, since credit card information is not registered in Rundle, it does not pose any security risk.
What happens if the device I rent is lost or stolen?
80% damage protection does not provide assurance in cases of loss or theft. In cases where it is almost impossible to distinguish counterfeiting, the current price of the device or the cost of the part said to be lost/stolen is requested in cases where the devices or parts of the devices are declared lost or stolen.
Can we choose a brand new device?
Unfortunately, such a choice cannot be made, but in all orders, all devices come to you with the promise of brand new or close to new. In order to provide this experience, we constantly renew our device stocks and perform maintenance and repairs. Thus, your device is sent to you in immaculate condition.
What is carbon neutral delivery?
We calculate the carbon footprint of each product you rent from Rundle, depending on the logistics activities during delivery and hand-over, based on distance, product weight and vehicle information. We neutralize this amount of carbon released into the atmosphere with the support we provide to renewable energy projects verified by the globally valid third party "Gold Standard". 🌱
Where can I extend my rental and purchase rented item?
Extend my rental period and purchase rented item can be done from your orders page until the day before the end date. On the last day of the rental, the return process begins and both operations can no longer be carried out.
How do I start my damage coverage?
After you receive your device, you need to check the link in the damage assurance email sent to your e-mail and click on the start my damage insurance button. If there are any defects you see on the device, you can write them here.
How does the return process work when my rental ends?
We'll deliver your products to your address on the specified delivery day using Royal Mail. When your rental period ends, Royal Mail will collect the items directly from your address—no need to visit a cargo branch!
