When does the rental start and end?
Your rental begins on the day the device is delivered to you and ends on the last day of the rental when you return it to the shipping company. You do not need to ship it before the last day of the rental.
How does the return process work when my rental ends?
We'll deliver your products to your address on the specified delivery day using Royal Mail. When your rental period ends, Royal Mail will collect the items directly from your address—no need to visit a cargo branch!
What occurs if something happens to the device?
Don't worry, we do not count simple scratches and color changes as damage. We offer 100% damage assurance for manufacturer defects and technical errors, and up to 80% for user-related damages. The damage insurance we offer does not cover situations such as loss, theft, or failure to return the original device box. We seem to hear him say, "What if it comes to me broken?" 🤓 After you receive the device, we send you an e-mail where you can report any damage you see. 💜
Can I trust Rundle?

How does the rental work?
Rundle is a rental service enables customers to meet short-term needs or try before buying. All items are delivered to your door, and when your rental ends we offer free return from your door with Royal Mail’s collection services. It's that easy! For more information check out how it works?
Can I cancel my rental at any time?

Absolutely! Rundle is not a subscription platform, and we won't charge you recurring payments. If you need more time with your rented item, you can always extend your rental for a week, month, or 3 months.

If you don’t like the device, and want to end your rental before it ends, feel free to cancel it anytime – it's easy! Just follow the steps, and we're here to help if you need assistance.

Cancellation steps

  • Send an email to info@userundle.com
  • Send the products that you want to return
  • Once we’ve received your return, we will send you an email confirming it has been processed.

Cancellation eligibility

Before the product is shipped to you: You will receive a refund of the entire rental fee without any deductions

During your rental period: You will receive the remaining part of the rental period, excluding the two-way shipping fee, back after the products reach us and are inspected.
